培养目标：本专业旨在培养掌握现代管理学和计算机的理论基础，运用先进的管理手段进行信息管理，成为具有综合能力和全面素质的高等技术应用性信息管理人才。要求学生能熟练使用企事业单位常用的办公软件，具有熟练的计算机系统操作能力和常用工具软件的使用技能；具有独立进行社会经济调查、市场预测决策、经济活动分析、撰写专业报告的能力；具有计算机信息系统的规划与开发的初步能力，了解本专业相关领域的发展动态；掌握文献检索、资料查询、收集的基本方法，具有一定的实际工作能力；能组建内部网络系统，并能管理和进行多媒体制作的能力
核心课程：企业管理概论、高级语言程序设计、数据库及其应用、面向对象程序设计、计算机原理、电子商务与电子政务、计算机网络技术、管理信息系统； 管理经济学、运筹学基础、操作系统概论、数据结构导论、数据库系统原理、信息系统开发与管理、C++程序设计、软件开发工具、计算机网络原理、信息资源管理、网络经济与企业管理等
